Steps

1. Drill an 8 mm borehole to a depth of 35 mm.

2. Insert the TUCK 8×35 dowel into the borehole.

3. Assemble the workpieces with a rubber mallet.

Tips

• Recommended insertion depth into part A is 23 mm.

• Assemble by striking from below rather than against a hard surface. This helps the natural suspension of the material pull the joint together quickly.

• For larger components, a clamping aid may be used if necessary.

• When glue is applied, the joint is ready for use immediately without waiting for full curing.
