Return Policy

RETURNS – At KNAPP Connectors, we value your partnership and strive to be your top supplier of hidden connecting systems for all your building requirements. We want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not entirely pleased with your order, we are here to assist you. Please reach out to us at 704-499-4899 or via email at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery to approve your return. Kindly note that only unused products are eligible for return or exchange within this time frame. If you have any inquiries, feedback, or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. We take pride in placing customer satisfaction as our utmost priority.

DAMAGED GOODS – We understand that receiving a damaged item can be frustrating, and we are committed to making it right for you. If your item arrives damaged in any way, please let us know within 14 days of delivery by calling us at 704-499-4899. In case of a damaged or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs, and we will be happy to email you a shipping label to print for the return of the item. We kindly request that you return the damaged item in its original packaging. However, if the packaging is also damaged, please inform us, and we will send you additional packaging for your return shipment.

REFUND PROCESS – For returns that are not due to “damaged goods,” we kindly request that the item is returned in its original condition. Prior return approval is necessary, and we reserve the right to deny refunds to the sender without this approval. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, and shipping fees are non-refundable and non-negotiable. Additionally, a restocking fee of 10-20% will be applied to all returns. Our goal is to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase and experience with us, and we appreciate your understanding in our return policy. When returning items with a value over $50.00, we kindly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your protection. We want to ensure that your return reaches us safely, and while we always strive to receive all returns promptly, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Kindly note that items must be shipped within 14 days from the delivery date. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of its approval or rejection. Upon approval, we will issue a refund credit that can be applied to your account for a future purchase.

CANCELLATION POLICY NOTICE – Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. This policy is in place to ensure efficient order processing and timely delivery. We kindly ask that you carefully review your order details before finalizing your purchase to avoid any inconvenience.

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may have reasons for wanting to cancel an order. However, once the order has left our facility and is in transit, we are unable to accommodate cancellations. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
