easy-con M8‑16‑25 Stair and Table Connector

The easy-con® M8-16-25 is a universal, non-visible fastener designed for the secure assembly of staircases, panels, frames, and table legs. Its concealed design eliminates the need for visible screws, cover caps, or threaded rods, delivering a clean and professional finish.

Steps

1. Install the tensioning barrel into borehole #1 (Ø 16 mm × 28 mm).

2. Place the spring bolt into borehole #2 (Ø 16 mm × 50 mm for the M8-16-25).

3. Fasten the set screw lightly with an Allen wrench.

4. Screw the threaded spring insert into borehole #3 (Ø 25 mm × 20 mm).

5. Attach the workpiece by inserting the bolt into the threaded spring insert.

6. Tighten the set screw fully with an Allen wrench.

Tips

• Do not fully tighten the set screw before attaching the workpiece.

• Works with all solid wood and composite wood materials.

• For maximum efficiency, use a column-type drilling machine or slotted hole drill press.
