The miniKLICK Sample Pack includes 15 pairs of precision dovetail connectors designed for mounting trims, stops, and moldings with minimal effort and a clean finish. Each connector features a two-piece snap-in design that joins small components securely and invisibly without the need for nails or visible fasteners.

Made from durable, UV and weather-resistant PA6 plastic, the miniKLICK is ideal for both interior and exterior applications. When installed with KNAPP Adhesive PU+, it provides a long-lasting and vibration-resistant bond that can be disassembled if needed.

Steps

1. Cut a groove in both joining components using the miniKLICK Grooving Saw Blade (Z065).

   • Groove width: 2.2 mm

   • Groove depth: 4 mm

   • Groove height: 6 mm

2. Apply a small amount of KNAPP Adhesive PU+ evenly inside the groove.

3. Insert each half of the miniKLICK connector into its groove and press firmly using a putty knife or similar tool to ensure full seating.

4. Allow adhesive to cure for approximately 60 minutes.

5. Snap the two components together to complete the assembly.

Tips

• Use the putty knife method to press the miniKLICK fully into its groove.

• The connector can be demounted later if needed for maintenance or finishing.

• For outdoor applications, ensure complete adhesive coverage for maximum weather resistance.

• Recommended groove cutting tools: Spindle molder or CNC fitted with the KNAPP miniKLICK Grooving Saw Blade.
