UNO 30 – Sample Pack

The UNO 30 Sample Pack includes 4 complete connector sets for fast and concealed mounting of wall panels, moldings, and architectural elements. The UNO 30 features a stainless-steel hook connector that snaps securely in place, providing a strong and adjustable joint for both interior and exterior applications.

Each set contains one UNO 30 bracket and one corresponding screw assembly, allowing components to be joined flush or offset as needed. With its round 30 mm Ø profile and precision-fit design, the UNO 30 can be installed quickly using the KNAPP Forstner Bit and Drilling Jig for perfect alignment every time.

Steps

1. Determine connector placement using the UNO 30 Drilling Jig.

2. Drill a 30 mm Ø × 7 mm deep borehole using the KNAPP Forstner Bit with adjustable depth stop.

3. Insert the UNO Center Punch into the bracket to mark the exact counterpart position on the opposing surface.

4. Secure the UNO 30 bracket with three PH-screws (3×13 mm).

5. Drive a 5×50 mm CS-screw with washer into the marked position on the mating surface (Torx 25 bit recommended).

6. Align and hook the UNO 30 bracket onto the CS-screw head until it clicks securely into place.

Tips

• Ensure a minimum panel thickness of 20 mm for secure mounting.

• For concrete, brick, or drywall, use appropriate wall anchors with the CS-screw.

• To prevent upward movement, activate the locking clip by bending it slightly outward before final assembly.

• Use the Drilling Jig for consistent alignment and fit across multiple panels.

• If using in metal framing applications, replace the CS-screw with a machine screw of compatible thread.
