Housebuilding – Riedpark in Lauchringen, Germany

In 2017, a major residential and commercial development was completed in the Riedpark district of Lauchringen, Germany. The project demonstrates how KNAPP connectors support large-scale timber construction by combining speed, strength, and concealed design.

The buildings were designed by Jörg Kaiser Architekturbüro with structural engineering provided by Lignotrend Produktions GmbH. Timber construction was carried out by Holzbau-Amann GmbH along with regional partners.

To achieve the required stability and efficiency, the project relied on WALCO V connectors and RICON S connectors. These systems ensured:
