Villa Möwe – Heiligendamm, Germany

The Villa Möwe, a historic residence in Heiligendamm, underwent a renovation that included restoring its signature wooden balconies in a Swiss chalet style. The project aimed to preserve the architectural character of the villa while ensuring long-term durability against coastal weather conditions.
RICON stainless steel connectors were chosen to secure the timber balcony structures. Their concealed design provided strength and stability while maintaining the traditional aesthetic of the building. Stainless steel construction ensured resilience against moisture and coastal exposure, making it an ideal choice for the renovation.
