RICON 13 x 120 EA Stainless Steel Beam Hanger

The RICON 13 x 120 EA Stainless Steel Beam Hanger is a compact concealed single connection system designed for small to medium timber assemblies in indoor and outdoor environments. Constructed from A2 stainless steel, it delivers high corrosion resistance and long-lasting durability, even in moisture-exposed applications.

The system consists of two identical stainless steel plates that interlock in a dovetail-like configuration. The 120 mm plates provide a strong, flush-mounted connection with minimal visual impact. Installation is fast, accurate, and repeatable using the supplied stainless steel screws. The connector can be installed fully concealed or visible and is suitable for modular or prefabricated timber systems where repeat assembly may be required.

• Fire Resistance: R30 ≥ 20 mm, R60 ≥ 40 mm (four-sided concealed installation)

• ETA Extension: Certified for hardwoods and impregnated timbers (e.g., oak, larch, Accoya)

• Mill a recess into the beam end according to the supplied routing template.

• Mount one stainless steel plate using A2 self-tapping screws (5×50 mm and 5×80 mm).

• Attach the opposite plate to the post, wall, or support member.

• Align and slide both plates together until fully interlocked.

• Secure with the stainless steel locking bracket if required.

• Verify alignment and tighten all fasteners to specification.
