The RICON 20 x 70 EA Stainless Steel Beam Hanger is a compact concealed connection system designed for smaller timber assemblies where corrosion resistance and clean aesthetics are essential. Manufactured from A2 stainless steel, it ensures reliable performance in outdoor or humid environments (Service Class 3), making it suitable for both structural and decorative applications.

Each connector consists of two identical stainless steel plates that interlock in a dovetail-like fashion, creating a tight and self-aligning joint. The compact 70 mm plates are ideal for fine timber joinery or smaller framework connections. Installation is quick and accurate using self-tapping A2 stainless steel screws, and the connection can be installed either visible or fully concealed.

• Fire Resistance: R30 ≥ 20 mm, R60 ≥ 40 mm (four-sided concealed installation)

• ETA Extension: Certified for hardwoods and impregnated timbers (e.g., oak, larch, Accoya)

• Mill a recess into the beam end according to the supplied routing template.

• Mount one stainless steel plate using A2 self-tapping screws (5×50 mm and 5×80 mm).

• Attach the opposite plate to the post, wall, or structural support.

• Align and slide the plates together until fully interlocked.

• Secure with the included stainless steel locking bracket if required.

• Verify alignment and tighten all screws to specification.
