RICON 25 x 120 EA Stainless Steel Beam Hanger

The RICON 25 x 120 EA Stainless Steel Beam Hanger is a concealed single connection system for joining one beam to a post, wall, or structural member in interior or exterior timber construction. Manufactured from AISI 304 (A2) stainless steel, it offers strong corrosion resistance for use in Service Class 3 environments, including outdoor and high-humidity applications.

This model features slim 25 mm connector plates designed for compact timber members. The two identical plates interlock in a dovetail-like fashion, ensuring a tight, self-aligning fit. Installation is fast, precise, and repeatable using stainless steel self-tapping screws with integrated stops. The connection can be installed fully concealed or visible and can be disassembled for maintenance or reuse.

• Mill a recess into the beam end according to the routing template.

• Mount one stainless steel plate using A2 screws (5×50 mm, 5×80 mm, 8×50 mm, 8×80 mm).

• Attach the opposite plate to the post, wall, or support member.

• Align and slide the plates together until fully interlocked.

• Secure with the stainless steel locking bracket if required.

• Verify alignment and tighten all screws to specification.
