RICON 25 x 160 EA Stainless Steel Beam Hanger

The RICON 25 x 160 EA Stainless Steel Beam Hanger is a concealed single connection system designed for slim timber members and outdoor applications where corrosion resistance and aesthetics are essential. Manufactured from AISI 304 (A2) stainless steel, it provides durable, maintenance-free performance in Service Class 3 environments such as exterior structures exposed to moisture.

Each connector includes two identical A2 stainless steel plates that interlock in a dovetail-like fashion. The 160 mm plates offer strong load transfer while maintaining a slim 25 mm profile for use in narrow beam or post dimensions. Installation is fast, accurate, and repeatable using stainless steel self-tapping screws, with the option for concealed or visible mounting. The connection can be easily disassembled for inspection or reuse.

• Mill a recess into the beam end according to the routing template.

• Mount one stainless steel plate to the beam using A2 screws (5×50 mm, 5×80 mm, 8×50 mm, 8×80 mm).

• Attach the opposite plate to the post, wall, or structural member.

• Align and slide both plates together until fully interlocked.

• Secure with the included 25 mm stainless locking bracket if required.

• Verify alignment and tighten all screws to specification.
