RICON 30 x 140 EA Stainless Steel Beam Hanger

The RICON 30 x 140 EA Stainless Steel Beam Hanger is a concealed single connection system designed for joining one beam to a post, wall, or structural member in exposed or moisture-prone environments. Made from A2 stainless steel, it provides long-term corrosion resistance while maintaining the clean, hidden aesthetic that defines the RICON system.

Each connector consists of two identical A2 stainless steel plates that interlock in a dovetail-like configuration. The 140 mm plates balance high load capacity with a slim 30 mm profile, making this model suitable for mid-size structural members. Installation is fast and repeatable using self-tapping stainless steel screws, and the connection can be disassembled for maintenance or reuse.

• Mill a recess into the beam end according to the supplied routing template.

• Mount one stainless steel plate to the beam using A2 self-tapping screws (5×50 mm, 5×80 mm, 8×50 mm, and 8×80 mm).

• Attach the opposite plate to the post, wall, or supporting member.

• Align and slide both plates together until fully interlocked.

• Secure with the included stainless steel locking bracket if required.

• Verify alignment and tighten all screws to specification.
