RICON 30 x 60 EA Stainless Steel Beam Hanger

The RICON 30 x 60 EA Stainless Steel Beam Hanger is a compact concealed single connection system designed for smaller structural or decorative timber assemblies in outdoor or humid environments. Manufactured from A2 stainless steel, it delivers reliable strength, corrosion resistance, and a clean concealed joint suitable for Service Class 3 applications.

The system consists of two identical stainless steel plates that interlock in a dovetail-like configuration to form a tight, self-aligning connection. The 60 mm model is optimized for narrow beam widths or lighter timber elements, providing the same precision and durability found throughout the RICON Stainless Steel series. Installation is quick and repeatable with the included stainless steel self-tapping screws.

• Fire Resistance: R30 ≥ 20 mm, R60 ≥ 40 mm (four-sided concealed installation)

• ETA Extension: Approved for hardwoods and impregnated timbers (e.g., oak, larch, Accoya)

• Mill a recess into the timber according to the routing template.

• Mount one stainless steel plate using A2 self-tapping screws (5×50 mm, 5×80 mm, 8×50 mm, and 8×80 mm).

• Attach the opposite plate to the post, wall, or structural component.

• Align and slide both plates together until fully interlocked.

• Secure with the included stainless steel locking bracket if required.

• Verify alignment and tighten all fasteners to specification.
