RICON 30 x 80 EA Stainless Steel Beam Hanger

The RICON 30 × 80 EA Stainless Steel Beam Hanger is a concealed single-connection system designed for joining beams to posts or primary members in timber construction. Manufactured from A2 stainless steel, this connector is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications where corrosion resistance, durability, and a clean architectural finish are required.

The system consists of two identical stainless steel connector plates that interlock in a dovetail-style connection. One plate is installed into a milled recess, while the mating plate is surface-mounted. During assembly, the plates slide together and lock securely, creating a strong, concealed joint. An optional stainless steel locking bar can be installed to secure the connection while still allowing future disassembly if required.

Mill a recessed pocket into the beam according to the drilling template. Install the connector plates using the supplied stainless steel self-tapping screws. Slide the mating components together until fully engaged. Install the stainless steel locking bar to secure the connection. Final alignment can be adjusted before tightening all fasteners.
