The RICON 40 x 80 EA Stainless Steel Beam Hanger is a concealed single connection system designed for small to mid-sized timber assemblies where corrosion resistance, clean aesthetics, and reliable structural performance are essential. Made from A2 stainless steel, this connector provides long-term durability in Service Class 3 environments—ideal for outdoor or moisture-exposed applications.

Each connector includes two identical stainless steel plates that interlock in a dovetail-like configuration. The 80 mm plates allow for fast, precise assembly with self-aligning engagement. Installation is simple and repeatable using A2 self-tapping screws, and the system can be disassembled and reused for modular construction.

• Mill a recess into the beam end according to the routing template.

• Mount one stainless steel plate using A2 self-tapping screws (5×50 mm, 5×80 mm, 8×50 mm, and 8×80 mm).

• Attach the opposite plate to the post, wall, or supporting beam.

• Align and slide both plates together until fully interlocked.

• Secure with the stainless steel locking bracket if required.

• Verify alignment and tighten all fasteners to specification.
