The RICON DA 40 x 100 VM58 Beam Hanger is a concealed double connection system engineered for joining two beams to a single post. It uses through-post compound nuts to prevent screw interference and maintain alignment in cross-joint configurations.

This version features the compact 100 mm plates and 58 mm compound nuts, making it ideal for 60 mm post sections or smaller framing layouts. The connection provides dependable structural performance and a fully hidden joint for applications where space and visual appearance are critical.

• Mill a recess in the end grain of each beam according to the provided template.

• Mount the connector plates with SK-screws (5×80 mm, 5×50 mm, and 8×80 mm).

• Drill through the post and insert the compound nuts (M8 10×58 mm).

• Fasten the opposite plates using M8x25 SK-screws.

• Align and slide both beams together until the plates interlock.

• Install the supplied locking brackets to secure the joint.

• Check alignment and complete final tightening before finishing.
