RICON EA 40 x 100 Beam Hanger Set

The RICON EA 40 x 100 Beam Hanger Set is a concealed single connection system designed for joining one beam to a post, wall, or support member. It provides a precise, fully hidden joint that allows high load transfer with a slim and unobtrusive design.

Each connector consists of two identical steel plates that interlock in a dovetail-like fashion. The 100 mm plates are ideal for compact timber members or applications with space limitations while still offering high structural performance. Installation is fast and repeatable using self-tapping screws, and the connection can be assembled or removed multiple times if required.

• Mill a recess into the beam end using the provided template.

• Mount one connector plate using SK-screws (5×50 mm, 5×80 mm, 8×50 mm, 8×80 mm).

• Attach the opposite plate to the post, wall, or support member.

• Align the beam and slide the plates together until fully interlocked.

• Secure the connection with the locking bracket if required.

• Verify alignment and tighten all fasteners to specification.
