The FIYU FAST 10 Biscuit Connector is designed for use with precision groove joinery systems, including those created by the Lamello Zeta P2 biscuit joiner or compatible CNC machines. Standard biscuit joiners will not produce the required groove shape.

Installation Steps

1. Cut the Groove

   • Use a Lamello Zeta P2 or compatible CNC (standard biscuit joiners will not work).

   • Set depth to 10 mm and cut a P-System groove.

2. Insert the Connector

   • Dry fit first to check alignment.

   • Optional: Apply KNAPP Adhesive PU+ inside the groove.

   • Insert the FIYU FAST 10 so it sits flush with the edge.

3. Assemble

   • Align workpieces and slide them together until the connector locks.

   • Apply pressure; use clamps if adhesive is used.

Tips

• Always dry fit before final assembly.

• Ensure material thickness is at least 16 mm.
