FIYU LOCK Biscuit Connector Set

The FIYU LOCK Biscuit Connector Set is the complete package for creating concealed, mechanically lockable tongue-and-groove joints. Each set includes the FIYU LOCK 14 plug-in element, receiving element, stainless steel tensioning screw, and Allen key — everything needed to connect cabinet panels with a demountable, invisible joint.

The two-piece FIYU LOCK 14 connector creates a strong tongue-and-groove connection that can be mechanically locked with the included tensioning screw. Remove the screw to disassemble the joint. The self-tightening cutting edges on both elements grip the groove walls on insertion, providing immediate hold even before the screw is tightened.

Steps

1. Mill a 14 mm groove in both panels using a CNC machine or flat dowel machine.
2. Insert the plug-in element into one panel’s groove and the receiving element into the other.
3. Bring the panels together — the tongue engages the slotted recess.
4. Thread the included tensioning screw through the connector hole and tighten with the included Allen key.

Tips

• Use the same 14 mm groove settings as FIYU FAST 14 — the groove geometry is interchangeable.
• For permanent connections, use adhesive instead of the tensioning screw.
• The Allen key (Z647) is included once per order — one key services all connectors in the set.
