METAL Biscuit Connector Set

The METAL biscuit connector is a #20 self-tightening, non-visible slide-in connector made of zinc die-cast alloy. With integrated locking tabs, it’s ideal for load-bearing joints in panels, boards, and furniture.

Connector halves are screwed into a standard #20 biscuit slot with pan-head screws and then simply slid together to form a secure joint. For added reinforcement, a few drops of KNAPP Adhesive PU+ can be applied during installation. The METAL connector delivers high strength and is immediately load-bearing, making it especially popular for hardwood furniture, cabinets, and knock-down projects.

Optional locking tabs allow the joint to be latched in one or both directions, providing extra versatility on site and allowing for fast installation of flat-packed components.
