Dietel Bauelemente GmbH – Jöhstadt, Germany

Completed in 2011, the Dietel Bauelemente GmbH exhibition building serves as a showroom for doors, windows, and stair systems. With a gross building volume of 2,400 m³ and a floor area of 600 m², the facility combines reinforced concrete with a timber-glass façade that provides a bright, welcoming environment for visitors.
RICON EA connectors were used to assemble the wood-aluminum façade elements. Their concealed installation supported a clean architectural appearance while ensuring reliable structural performance. The showroom demonstrates how timber-glass façades can enhance both function and aesthetics in small to mid-scale commercial projects.
Key Highlights:
Connector technology: RICON EA connectors secured wood-aluminum façade elements.
Construction method: Reinforced concrete base with timber-glass façade.
Design features: Modern showroom with transparent façade highlighting interior products.
Scale: 600 m² exhibition space, 2,400 m³ gross building volume.
Use case: Commercial building designed to showcase building elements in a contemporary setting.
This project illustrates how RICON EA connectors can support high-quality façade solutions even at smaller scales, providing the same concealed strength and installation efficiency used in larger institutional and commercial buildings.
