Steps

1. Drill a 5 mm hole for the threaded metal stud.

2. Drill an 8 mm hole for the plastic sleeve, to a depth of 31–32 mm.

3. Insert the plastic sleeve without adhesive.

4. Screw in the threaded stud.

5. Join the parts by pressing or tapping with a rubber mallet.

Tips

• The 5×11 mm stud length provides more anchoring depth than the 5×7.5, making it ideal for general cabinetry.

• Maintain a drilling depth of 31–32 mm for the plastic sleeve to ensure a tight, gap-free connection.

• Recommended 5–6 connectors per 600 mm length, depending on load.
