Steps

1. Drill Boreholes

   • Diameter: 8 mm for both the threaded stud and plastic sleeve

   • Depths:

     • Metal stud: 26 mm

     • Plastic sleeve: 31 – 32 mm

2. Insert the Plastic Sleeve

   • Tap or press the sleeve loosely into the 8 mm hole without glue.

3. Install the Threaded Stud

   • Screw the metal stud into its 8 mm borehole using a cordless driver or by hand.

4. Assemble the Components

   • Align the workpieces and press together with light pressure or a rubber mallet until seated.

Tips

• Maintain the 31 – 32 mm sleeve depth for proper tightening.

• Use 5 – 6 connectors per 600 mm length for optimal hold.

• Ideal for CNC machining or dowel insertion systems for accurate, fast production.
