The TUCK 10×32 mm is the largest and strongest connector in the TUCK spring steel compression dowel series. With its longer anchoring depth, it delivers superior holding power for demanding cabinetry, furniture, and shopfitting applications.

Like all TUCK dowels, it is immediately load-bearing, self-tightening, and does not require glue or clamps. Made from high-strength spring steel, the TUCK 10×32 ensures permanent tightening by pressing firmly against the borehole walls, making it a reliable choice for both industrial production and custom woodworking.

Features and Benefits

  • Long 32 mm depth provides maximum holding strength in the TUCK family

  • Concealed connector for clean aesthetics

  • Self-tightening – no clamps or glue required

  • Strong spring steel design ensures long-lasting stability

  • Suitable for solid and composite wood

Instructions

Steps

  1. Drill a 10.5 mm borehole to a depth of 32 mm.

  2. Insert the TUCK 10×32 dowel into the borehole.

  3. Join the components together with a rubber mallet.

Tips

  • Recommended insertion depth into part A is 20 mm.

  • Assemble by striking from below instead of against a hard surface, using the material’s natural suspension to ease assembly.

  • For very large or heavy pieces, a clamping aid may be required.

  • If glue is used, the joint can be put into service immediately — no curing wait is necessary.
