Steps

1. Drill a 6 mm borehole to a depth of 25 mm.

2. Insert the TUCK 6×28 dowel into the borehole.

3. Assemble the parts with a rubber mallet.

Tips

• Recommended insertion depth into part A is 20 mm.

• Assemble by striking from below rather than against a hard surface. This allows the natural suspension of the material to speed up assembly.

• For very large workpieces, a clamping aid may be required.

• If glue is applied, there is no need to wait for full curing before use.
