The UNO 30 SS Hook Connector with Steel Screws is an all-in-one kit designed for fast, concealed installation of panels, furniture, and architectural millwork. The UNO 30 features a round 30 mm diameter stainless steel bracket with a V-shaped receiver socket. The bracket is secured with three 3×13 mm Pan Head Screws, while a 5×50 mm CS-screw (with washer) serves as the counterpart. Together, they form a strong, load-bearing connection that can be disassembled or permanently latched using an optional Locking Clip.

Steps

1. Mark connector placement using the KNAPP Drilling Jig.

2. Drill a Ø 30 mm × 7 mm recess using the KNAPP Forstner Bit with adjustable depth stop.

3. Position the UNO Center Punch in the bracket to mark the counterpart location.

4. Attach the UNO 30 bracket with three 3×13 mm Pan Head Screws.

5. Install the 5×50 mm CS-screw with washer in the counterpart material.

6. Hook the components together until they lock securely.

• Use the KNAPP Drilling Jig to ensure perfect alignment.

• For upward-facing or ceiling applications, use the optional Locking Clip for added safety.

• The CS-screw depth can be adjusted to fine-tune the connection tightness.
