The UNO 30 SS Hook Connector with Stainless Steel Screws is a premium kit designed for fast, concealed, and corrosion-resistant installation of panels, furniture, and millwork. The UNO 30 features a 30 mm diameter stainless steel bracket with a V-shaped receiver socket. It is secured with three 3×13 mm Pan Head Screws, while a 5×50 mm CS-screw with washer acts as the counterpart. Together, they form a strong, adjustable connection that can be disassembled or permanently latched with an optional Locking Clip.

Steps

1. Mark placement of the bracket using the KNAPP Drilling Jig.

2. Drill a Ø 30 mm × 7 mm recess using the KNAPP Forstner Bit with adjustable depth stop.

3. Use the UNO Center Punch to transfer alignment to the counterpart.

4. Fasten the UNO 30 bracket with the three supplied 3×13 mm stainless PH screws.

5. Install the 5×50 mm stainless CS-screw with washer into the counterpart.

6. Hook the workpieces together until securely locked.

• Always use the KNAPP Drilling Jig for precise placement.

• The CS-screw depth can be adjusted to fine-tune the connection tightness.

• For upward or ceiling applications, add the optional Locking Clip for safety.
