Steps

1. Route the pocket for the Mod-eez Double Clip according to the technical chart.

2. Use the Mod-eez Drilling and Depth Jig to pre-drill 5/32″ (4 mm) holes, 32 mm on center.

3. Mount the clip with PH-screws Ø 4.5 mm (length as required).

4. Pre-drill for Shoulder Screws and install into the mating piece.

5. Assemble the workpiece by sliding the Shoulder Screw heads down the clip ramps and secure with a rubber mallet.

Tips

• Use the pass-thru clip side when longer screws are needed for deeper anchoring.

• The non-locking clip side allows controlled disassembly and reassembly.

• Pockets are typically routed into the panel edge but can also be surface-mounted.

• Mod-eez Clips can be welded to ~16 ga. steel when needed.
