Steps

1. Route the pocket for the clip per the technical chart.

2. Use the K617 Drilling and Depth Jig to pre-drill 5/32 inch (4 mm) holes, 32 mm on center.

3. Mount the clip with PH screws Ø 4.5 mm.

4. Pre-drill and install the Shoulder Screw in the mating panel.

5. Slide the Shoulder Screw head into the clip ramp and seat with a rubber mallet.

Tips

• Semi-locking clips require more force to disengage, which helps prevent accidental takedown.

• Use longer PH screws, for example 5 × 60 mm, when additional holding strength is desired.

• Edge or face mounting is possible depending on design.
