Mod‑eez 5032 Non‑Locking Clip for 3/4″+ Stock

The Mod-eez 5032 Single Clip is the non-locking version of the 5030 Series for 3/4 inch and thicker stock. Made of high-strength spring steel, it works with a Mod-eez Shoulder Screw to create a concealed, self-tightening connection that can be repeatedly assembled and disassembled without damage.

This makes the 5032 ideal for knock-down furniture, modular builds, and shopfitting applications where flexibility and reusability are important. Assembly is quick and simple, with all fasteners hidden from view for a clean, professional look.

Steps

1. Route the pocket for the clip according to the Mod-eez technical chart.

2. Pre-drill 5/32 inch (4 mm) holes, 32 mm on center, using the K617 Drilling and Depth Jig to ensure accuracy.

3. Mount the clip with PH screws Ø 4.5 mm (length as required).

4. Pre-drill and install the Shoulder Screw in the mating panel.

5. Slide the Shoulder Screw head into the clip ramp; disassembly is possible by reversing the process.

Tips

• Non-locking clips are ideal when joints need to be taken apart frequently.

• Longer PH screws (5 × 60 mm) can boost strength for heavy-duty applications.

• Can also be welded to 16 ga. steel when required.
