Mod‑eez 5032C Non‑Locking Clip (Special) for 3/4″+ Stock

The Mod-eez 5032C Single Clip is a special non-locking variation of the 5030 Series, designed for 3/4 inch and thicker stock. Like the standard non-locking 5032, it allows joints to be easily assembled and disassembled multiple times. The “C” special version provides slight geometric adjustments that improve fit for certain applications where alignment and tolerance are more demanding.

Made of spring steel, the 5032C pairs with a Mod-eez Shoulder Screw to create a concealed, self-tightening joint that assembles in seconds and remains hidden within the panel. This makes it a flexible connector for case goods, furniture, and shopfitting where quick reassembly and modularity are priorities.

Steps

1. Route the pocket for the clip according to the Mod-eez technical chart.

2. Using the K617 Drilling and Depth Jig, pre-drill 5/32 inch (4 mm) holes, 32 mm on center.

3. Mount the clip with PH screws Ø 4.5 mm (length as required).

4. Pre-drill and install the Shoulder Screw in the mating panel.

5. Slide the Shoulder Screw head into the clip ramp to assemble.

Tips

• The “Special” design offers slightly refined tolerances for more precise fits.

• Best for modular systems requiring repeated assembly/disassembly.

• For increased holding strength, use longer PH screws (5 × 60 mm).
