The pass-thru clip design lets screws extend through the connector into the material, boosting holding power.

Steps

1. Route the pocket for the Mod-eez Double Clip according to the technical chart.

2. Use the Mod-eez Drilling and Depth Jig to pre-drill 5/32″ (4 mm) holes, 32 mm on center.

3. Mount the clip with PH-screws Ø 4.5 mm (length as required).

4. Pre-drill and install Shoulder Screws in the mating workpiece.

5. Assemble by sliding the Shoulder Screw heads into the clip ramps; tap with a rubber mallet if necessary.

Tips

• Use the pass-thru clip side when longer screws and stronger anchoring are needed.

• The non-locking side allows for repeat assembly and disassembly.

• Pockets are generally routed into edges but can be face-mounted.

• Clips can also be welded to ~16 ga. steel for added versatility.
