Mod‑eez 5061 Pass‑Thru Clip for 3/4″+ Stock

The Mod-eez 5061 Single Clip is the pass-thru version of the 5060 Series for 3/4 inch and thicker stock. Like all Mod-eez connectors, it uses a spring steel ramp clip with a Shoulder Screw to form a concealed, self-tightening joint that assembles in seconds.

The pass-thru geometry allows the Shoulder Screw head to pass through the clip slot during disassembly. This makes it ideal for applications that require quick release and reassembly without damaging the connector or workpieces.

Steps

1. Route the pocket for the Mod-eez Clip according to the technical chart.

2. Use the K618 Drilling and Depth Jig to pre-drill 5/32 inch (4 mm) holes, 32 mm on center, and check depth.

3. Mount the clip with PH screws Ø 4.5 mm.

4. Pre-drill and install the Shoulder Screw in the mating panel.

5. Slide the Shoulder Screw head down the clip ramp. For disassembly, allow the screw head to pass through the clip slot.

Tips

• Best choice for assemblies requiring frequent disassembly and reassembly

• Use longer PH screws (5 × 60 mm) for heavier-duty applications

• Can be welded to 16 ga. steel using wire welding if required
