The Mod-eez 5063 Single Clip is the non-locking version of the 5060 Series for 3/4 inch and thicker stock. Built from durable spring steel, it pairs with a Mod-eez Shoulder Screw to create a concealed, self-tightening joint that assembles in seconds.

The non-locking design allows the connection to be easily assembled and disassembled multiple times without damage, making it ideal for modular systems, knock-down furniture, and shopfitting where flexibility and reusability are key.

Steps

1. Route the pocket for the Mod-eez Clip according to the technical chart.

2. Use the K618 Drilling and Depth Jig to pre-drill 5/32 inch (4 mm) holes, 32 mm on center, and confirm depth.

3. Mount the clip with PH screws Ø 4.5 mm.

4. Pre-drill and install the Shoulder Screw in the mating panel.

5. Slide the Shoulder Screw head into the clip ramp. The joint can be disassembled and reassembled repeatedly.

Tips

• Best choice for furniture and systems requiring frequent disassembly

• For added holding power, use longer PH screws (5 × 60 mm)

• Clips can also be welded to 16 ga. steel using wire welding if needed
