The Mod-eez 5065–5666 Sex Bolt Set is a through-panel fastener designed for 3/4″ and thicker divider panels. This set pairs a #10-32 fine-thread shoulder bolt with a matching sex bolt barrel, allowing Mod-eez clip connections on both sides of a shared middle wall or divider panel at the exact same position.

This is the heavy-duty option in the #10-32 sex bolt set family — the longest bolt with the deepest engagement, for the thickest material the #10-32 thread series supports.

Steps

1. Drill a through-hole in the divider panel at the desired connection point.
2. Insert the 5065 shoulder bolt from one side of the panel.
3. Insert the 5666 sex bolt barrel from the opposite side.
4. Thread the bolt and barrel together until both shoulders sit flush against the panel faces.
5. Install Mod-eez clips in the mating components.
6. Slide components onto the exposed shoulders from each side.
