KLICK Dovetail Router Bit – 1/4″ Shank

The KLICK Dovetail Router Bit with 1/4″ shank is a custom-profile tungsten carbide tipped router bit designed to cut the dovetail groove required for KLICK and sKLICK connectors. The 1/4″ shank fits compact routers and trim routers commonly used in smaller-scale work.

The bit produces a softened groove edge that allows repeated insertion and removal of KLICK and sKLICK connectors without tearing the material. This is a purpose-built tool — standard dovetail bits will not produce the correct profile for KNAPP connector systems.
