FAST Biscuit Connector – Sample Pack

The FAST Biscuit Connector Sample Pack includes 10 pairs of connectors designed for quick, tool-free assembly in all wood materials. FAST is a #20 self-tightening, non-visible plastic snap-in connector that delivers instant holding power without glue or clamps.

Each connector pair features patented cutting edges that grip securely inside the biscuit slot. Simply knock the connectors into the slot with a hammer and snap the parts together for an immediately load-bearing joint. When a permanent connection is desired, add a few drops of KNAPP Adhesive PU+ during installation.

Steps

1. Cut a #20 biscuit slot using a biscuit joiner or CNC. Adjust the slot depth to 12.5 mm using the micro-adjustment screw.

2. Place the connector tip at one end of the slot at an angle that follows the radius of the cut (R50).

3. Insert the connector into the slot and knock it in gently with a hammer.

4. Use an insertion tool or drift punch if needed to ensure the connector is flush with the surface.

5. Insert the matching half mirrored to the first connector.

6. Align the workpieces and snap them together for a secure, load-bearing connection.

Tips

• For a permanent bond, add small drops of KNAPP Adhesive PU+ when inserting the connector.

• Ensure both connector halves are mirrored before assembly.

• The joint can be immediately load-bearing, eliminating clamping or curing time.
