KOMBI Set – Sample Pack

The KOMBI Set Sample Pack includes 4 complete connector sets for fast, concealed mounting of wall panels, cladding, and interior fittings. Each set contains one KOMBI connector, one KOMBI holding bracket, and mounting screws.

Made from aluminum die-cast zinc, the KOMBI is a universal hook connector designed for joining wood and metal components. When paired with its matching bracket, the system allows wooden panels or components to be securely attached to walls, rails, or other structures — with the flexibility to remove and re-install them as needed.

The KOMBI system provides hidden, corrosion-resistant joints ideal for modern architectural and interior applications. Depending on how the bracket is installed (vertical or horizontal), the connection can be either fixed or allow ±12.5 mm lateral tolerance.

Steps

1. Using a biscuit joiner, route a groove in the component with a 10 mm depth setting.

2. Insert the KOMBI connector into the groove and secure it with PH screws Ø 3×25 mm or glue with KNAPP Adhesive PU+.

3. Mount the KOMBI holding bracket (G12/62) onto the wall, panel, or perforated rail using SK screws Ø 4.5×35 mm.

4. Hook the KOMBI connector into the holding bracket.

5. For perforated rail mounting, align the connector and hook in the same manner.

Tips

• Install the holding bracket vertically for a fixed connection or horizontally for ±12.5 mm lateral tolerance.

• The connector can be easily demounted and re-mounted for maintenance or access panels.

• For concealed adhesive bonding, use KNAPP Adhesive PU+ to achieve a stronger, permanent bond.

• Suitable for use on both wood and metal substructures.
