Mod-eez System Sample Pack
The Mod-eez System Sample Pack includes a curated selection of Mod-eez clips and shoulder screws designed for rapid, concealed, and durable assembly of RTA furniture, case goods, and cabinetry. Each component demonstrates the strength, flexibility, and simplicity that define the Mod-eez fastening system.
By combining spring steel clips with precision-fit shoulder screws, Mod-eez connectors create self-tightening joints that require no visible hardware. The result is a clean, professional appearance with strong mechanical performance. Designed for both shop and on-site use, these connectors install quickly and can be reassembled when needed without loss of holding strength.

Instructions
Steps
-
Route the pocket for the Mod-eez clip according to the 4030 Series routing chart.
-
Use the Mod-eez Drilling and Depth Jig to pre-drill 5/32 inch (4 mm) holes spaced 32 mm on center to ensure correct alignment and depth.
-
Mount each clip with PH screws Ø 4.5 mm, using the jig for consistent depth and spacing.
-
Install the shoulder screw in the corresponding workpiece.
-
Slide or tap the panels together so that the shoulder screw head engages securely into the clip ramp.
Tips
-
Pockets can be routed into either the edge or the face of the panel.
-
For additional strength, longer PH screws (5 × 60 mm) can be used.
-
To prevent rotation, attach the shoulder screw in the pocket and the clip on the surface.
-
Mod-eez clips can also be welded to 16-gauge steel for metal-frame applications.
-
Always verify proper depth and alignment before final assembly using the drilling jig.
