Steps

1. Drill or route the required holes and grooves according to the connector type.

2. Insert the ZIPBOLT connector body into the pre-drilled position.

3. Align the components to be joined.

4. Use a hex key (4 mm or 5 mm) or power driver to tighten the gear mechanism until the joint locks securely.

5. Verify the connection by checking for uniform tension across the joint.

• The ZIPBOLT 100 Mini uses a 4 mm or 5/32 inch hex key.

• The ZIPBOLT 85 and 90 KD use a 5 mm or 3/16 inch hex key.
