WHEN DOES MY ORDER SHIP?
For in-stock products, orders are shipped within 24 hrs of confirmation of payment or the following business day.
Most packages are shipped via USPS. Other shipping options depend on package weight, dimensions, and any special instructions. Delivery time is 3-5 business days for shipments to the contiguous 48 States from when the time the package is shipped. If you have another preferred shipping method or special delivery instructions, please contact us prior to placing your order by calling 877-888-7773.
CAN MY ORDER SHIP ON MY OWN ACCOUNT?
We will gladly ship your order using your own carrier’s account. Please contact us prior to placing an online order to confirm your preferred shipping method. In the event that your shipping account cannot be charged, KNAPP Connectors reserves the right to charge the full amount of shipping to the customer.
NEED IT FAST? NOT A PROBLEM!
KNAPP Connectors offers expedited shipping on all our products, anywhere in the world. Expedited shipping is paid by the customer prior to shipment.
UNITED STATES AND CANADIAN CUSTOMERS
We offer expedited shipping via UPS, FedEx and DHL. Please contact us at 877-888-7773 prior to check out. Generally, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air is the best option. UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air rates are based on the order’s weight and dimensions as well as the number of packages. UPS 2nd Day Air is your best bet if you don’t need your order the very next day.
In-stock orders received by 11 am EST Monday-Friday can be air-shipped that same day. KNAPP Connectors does not ship on Saturday, Sunday or the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and between December 24th – January 2nd. If you order Friday before 11 am EST, a UPS Next Day Air package will arrive on Monday. If you order Friday after 11 am EST, a UPS Next Day Air package will ship on Monday and arrive on Tuesday. A minimum of $25.00 handling fee will be added to all orders that must be expedited the very same day.
Orders being shipped to AK, HI and any of the territories or possessions of the USA are shipped by UPS Ground shipping. Please contact our Customer Service Dept. for more information on 2nd Day or Next Day Air shipping options.

All duties, import taxes, customs fees, and all other applicable charges are to be paid by the buyer.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS ON BACKORDER?
If an item is out of stock, a message will be on the product page, and a “Status: Back Ordered” note will be on the item if you add it to your cart. We make every effort to ship the remaining items complete for the customer. Sometimes a backorder may be delayed to consolidate the remaining items. Contact Customer Service if you have questions regarding the expected shipping date of your order. You can still decide to purchase that item, and when it arrives in stock, it will be shipped immediately. Please note, however, that items that ship directly from the manufacturer will be charged for the entire order, including back-ordered items that may ship in the future.
CANCELLATION POLICY NOTICE:
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. This policy is in place to ensure efficient order processing and timely delivery. We kindly ask that you carefully review your order details before finalizing your purchase to avoid any inconvenience.
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may have reasons for wanting to cancel an order. However, once the order has left our facility and is in transit, we are unable to accommodate cancellations. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
