miniKLICK Grooving Saw Blade

The miniKLICK Grooving Saw Blade is a custom saw blade designed to cut the kerf required for miniKLICK snap-in connectors. It has a total diameter of 120 mm with a 30 mm bore for use on a spindle moulder.

The blade cuts both the male and female miniKLICK grooves without requiring a blade change. Set the blade depth to 4 mm for the male groove, and 10 mm for the female groove. Once cut, the miniKLICK connectors are bonded into the kerfs using KNAPP Adhesive PU+. This is a purpose-built tool — standard saw blades will not produce the correct kerf profile for miniKLICK connectors.
