KLICK Dovetail Router Bit – 8 mm Shank

The KLICK Dovetail Router Bit with 8 mm shank is a custom-profile tungsten carbide tipped router bit designed to cut the dovetail groove required for KLICK and sKLICK connectors. The 8 mm shank is the metric standard, compatible with European routers and CNC machines fitted with 8 mm collets.

The bit produces a softened groove edge that allows repeated insertion and removal of KLICK and sKLICK connectors without tearing the material. This is a purpose-built tool — standard dovetail bits will not produce the correct profile for KNAPP connector systems.
