    • Drill a 25 mm (1 in) hole into the post.

    • Install the keyhole disc using the provided screws, ensuring it sits flush or slightly recessed in the post.

  2. Connect the Railbolt

    • Insert the railbolt tip into the keyhole disc on both sides of the connection.

    • Push the handrail downwards so the railbolts seat securely into the discs.

  3. Tighten the Connection

    • Using a 5 mm hex bit, tighten the gear housing by hand or with a cordless screwdriver until the connection is firm.

    • Avoid using an impact driver to prevent over-tightening or damage.

  4. Final Check

    • Confirm that the joint is tight and the connection is secure.

    • Ensure the handrail and post are aligned correctly before finalizing the installation.

Tips

  • Ideal for outdoor handrail and deck installations requiring long-term corrosion resistance.

  • Do not use abrasive cleaners on epoxy-coated surfaces.

  • Periodically check exterior installations for environmental wear or loosening due to temperature changes.
