Steps

1. Prepare the Slot or Borehole

   • Route a 10 mm (3/8 in) deep slot or recess for the Ultra Slim Connector using the Zipbolt 40.200 routing template (optional).

   • Ensure the recess depth allows the connector to sit flush within the material.

2. Insert the Connector

   • Position the Ultra Slim Connector in the routed slot or borehole, ensuring proper alignment between panels.

3. Tighten the Connection

   • Engage the T25 Torx drive using a hand ratchet or torque-limited power tool.

   • Tighten gradually to a maximum of 10 Nm for a secure, even hold.

   • Avoid using an impact driver to prevent damage to the gear housing.

4. Final Check

   • Verify that the joined materials are fully seated and aligned.

   • Ensure the connection is firm and flush with no gaps.

• Ideal for joining HPL, compact laminate, or other thin materials down to 13 mm thickness.

• Always use a torque-controlled tool to maintain precision and avoid over-tightening.
