RICON 30 x 120 EA Stainless Steel Beam Hanger

The RICON 30 x 120 EA Stainless Steel Beam Hanger is a concealed single connection system designed for structural and architectural timber applications in indoor and outdoor environments. Manufactured from A2 stainless steel, it provides long-term corrosion resistance and strength for projects in Service Class 3 exposure, such as pergolas, balconies, and other exterior timber structures.

Each connector includes two identical stainless steel plates that interlock in a dovetail-like fashion. The 120 mm plates offer balanced performance between compact size and load capacity. Installation is straightforward and repeatable using self-tapping stainless steel screws, with the option for visible or fully concealed mounting. The connection can be disassembled and reused for modular or prefabricated assemblies.

• Mill a recess into the beam end according to the routing template.

• Mount one stainless steel plate to the beam using A2 self-tapping screws (5×50 mm, 5×80 mm, 8×50 mm, and 8×80 mm).

• Attach the opposite plate to the post, wall, or structural support.

• Align and slide both plates together until fully interlocked.

• Secure with the included stainless steel locking bracket if required.

• Verify alignment and tighten all screws to specification.
