WALCO V60 GH Spring Retaining Screw Prefab Wall Connector

The WALCO V60 GH Spring Retaining Screw Prefab Wall Connector is a concealed wall-to-wall connection system designed for fast, precise assembly of prefabricated timber walls, CLT panels, and light-frame structures. This GH version uses a spring-loaded retaining screw, which compresses during engagement and guides the screw smoothly into the V-shaped hot-dip galvanized bracket.

The spring mechanism compensates for insertion forces during assembly, making it ideal for smaller wall elements and installations where slight panel movement or misalignment may occur. Once engaged, the connector provides stable load transfer perpendicular to the insertion direction and in tension while remaining fully concealed in the finished structure.
