The WALCO V80 GH Spring Retaining Screw Prefab Wall Connector is a concealed connection system designed for high-precision joining of prefabricated timber walls, CLT wall panels, and panelized building elements. This GH version uses a spring-loaded retaining screw that automatically compensates for positioning forces during assembly, helping guide the screw smoothly into the hot-dip galvanized V-shaped bracket.
The V80 GH provides the highest characteristic load capacity in the WALCO V80 series and is engineered for applications requiring increased load transfer perpendicular to the insertion direction, such as wind loads on exterior wall systems. Once the spring retaining screw engages the bracket, the wall element is stabilized immediately without additional fastening.
