Concealed Beam Hangers for Glulam and CLT

The beam hanger range — RICON S, MEGANT, GIGANT, and WALCO — covers main-to-secondary beam joints, post-to-beam framing, and timber-to-steel or timber-to-concrete interfaces, with capacities up to 230 kN (about 52 kips) per connection. Select RICON S VS models are recognized under ICC-ES Report ESR-4300 for structural use under the IBC and IRC, and KNAPP systems carry European Technical Assessment (ETA) documentation — published design values engineers can actually verify. On site, about 1-1/2 inches of insertion travel is all it takes to engage a joint.

Wood Curtain Wall Connections

For timber curtain walls, concealed connectors join vertical and horizontal mullions while keeping sightlines slim and steel hidden behind clean wood profiles. Reinforcing options support off-center glazing loads, making these systems a fit for storefronts, atriums, and full timber facades.

Prefabricated Wall Panel Connectors

Panel connectors are machined into components at the shop — CNC-ready recesses, jig-guided placement — so prefabricated walls, SIPs, and modular units align and lock as the crane sets them. Fewer workers in the air, tighter tolerances, shorter erection schedules.

Hidden Deck Fasteners

For exterior work, hidden deck fasteners hold boards tight with no face screws — a clean walking surface, no split ends, and corrosion-protected hardware built for outdoor exposure.
