WALCO V60 VK Screw & Collar Bolt Prefab Wall Connector

The WALCO V60 VK Screw & Collar Bolt Prefab Wall Connector is a concealed wall-to-wall connection system engineered for joining prefabricated timber walls, CLT wall elements, and light timber frame panels. The VK version uses a screwed collar bolt that engages into a compact hot-dip galvanized V-shaped receiving bracket, creating a secure connection that stabilizes the structure from the first wall corner.

The system is designed for workshop prefabrication and fast on-site assembly. Once the collar bolt is fixed into the panel, the wall element is simply slid into the bracket. The V-shaped geometry guides the bolt into the bracket and reliably transfers loads perpendicular to the insertion direction (wind loads) and in tension, while remaining fully concealed once installed.
